Who is VisComm...
VisComm has been founded by Frans van der Wel after achieving his PhD degree in cartography, geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing at Utrecht University in 2000. After a carreer as research scientist at - among others - Utrecht University and the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) he fully dedicates his attention to visual communication by the web.
